Yuzuru is obviously a very talented young man, but he is also extremely aware of that fact. He tried to fire on a moving target carrying the hostage, thus endangering the hostage's life. He could prove to be a very valuable soldier for the both of us if he learns humility. As he stands right now, he is a liability to both of our causes as well as himself. I request that you allow him more time with us so we can cultivate for you the greatest warrior you could ever meet.
